PT A-Alpha NVG Mount Application Purchasing pre-drilling for your Alpha will allow the following mount applications for PVS 7/14 Mounts: Norotos Triangle Mount (Universal) P/N 1817010
If you ordered pre-drilling simply align triangle mount and apply screws. Some individuals will need to shim this mount. You can do this by applying sticky back Velcro under the mount to the helmet, above the rhino connect; this will angle (cant) the mount forward.
PASGT Strap/Mount Plate
To insure a correct fit for the PASGT mount you must bend the tabs to fit the helmet using a wrench.
The correct angle of the plate will be 20-25 degrees off the helmet to match eyes. Simply align the slot in the plate to the hole drilled in the helmet and apply screw. Use Loctite Red 271 for secure fit.
MICH Adaptor Mount Plate
Goggle SNAP Breaks on Helmet: You can use sticky back velcro to fix this. Simply place sticky back on goggle rubber holder and on helmet and this will secure your strap. You can also use a button tool seen below to secure snap: $15- $25. Regardless of location on planet we will make sure you have replacement parts.
